I have created two different surveys, one for businesses and one for consumers who buy or sell products through Facebook. The aim of these surveys is to find out how people are making use of Facebook and it’s different features and if people find it useful or not. After hearing a lot lately about people being scammed via the website, I thought I would find out for myself whether or not people are happy with how easy it is to buy and sell through Facebook pages and just how common scamming is. The reason I have created two different surveys is so that I can find out from both ends (Sellers and Buyers) how effective the website is for them as individuals and if they would change anything.

I aim for the participants of the first survey to be small business owners who have a Facebook page for their business and the second to be aimed at anybody who might buy items via Facebook.
