This is another of my posts linking to Identity which i find interesting and this opening segment was very interesting to me and it explores how sexuality has been affected by globalization, I found it very interesting that in the west gay men are referred to as 'predatory paedophiles', what are all your thoughts about this?
I feel that this opinion about gay men being paedophiles is an opinion trapped inside those countries, such as Russia. I haven't heard this being viewed in other countries.
ReplyDeleteYes this just produces a stigma upon the west and could influence other countries surrounding them as this blog has shown how globalisation can influence the change in cultural beliefs, all a possibility but the quote is not something that should be deemed to be ok.
